A high volume, quick turnaround project, unique due to its size and the limited time available to complete the project. We were embedded within Tesco Bank’s own project management team to oversee and manage the complete rebranding of Tesco Cash Machines across 960 locations during a period of 3 months from start to finish with just four weeks of site installation works.
Despite the challenges posed by this programme with a huge number of locations and limited time scale, we achieved the roll-out of the rebrand within a 4 week programme without any snags.
A carefully managed plan of costings meant this project was successfully closed within the budget.
