Kebit were selected to provide a Project Manager to complement their existing project team and work with them to complete a challenging roll out programme of remodels taken. Managing the remodels from briefing to final account, our PM quickly assimilated the client’s culture and internal processes to oversee the successful delivery of each location on time, to a high standard of finish and within tight capital budgets.
Completed the entire programme of remodelling of 24 unique locations from design brief right through to finished project. The work was completed successfully within budget for each site to a high standard with zero defects reported.
As each location was uniquely themed, the budget for each pub/restaurant varied from £300k to £700k. We effectively brought each individual project to a close including final accounts on budget for each location.
